Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey to our warehouse.
